Swim Academy Teacher – Hyde and Gorton
We’re seeking someone full of enthusiasm to join our fantastic team, teaching our popular Swim Academy classes for school aged children, aged 4 – 10 years. A passion for water, swimming and working with children is a must-have.
We have 2 part-time roles available working:
Sundays at our Wright Robinson College pool in Gorton, Manchester and 1-2 evenings at our fantastic purpose built Aqua Nurture pool in Gee Cross, Hyde.
There are also lots of opportunities for additional hours as cover at both pools.
We offer highly competitive rates of pay and excellent career progression. No previous teaching or professional swimming experience is required as full training is provided. We are here to support you with your training at every step along the way. You need to enjoy being in the water and able to swim, have a confident and friendly personality, be flexible and a team worker.
Becoming a swimming teacher for Puddle Ducks takes hard work and commitment, but brings huge job satisfaction and fits in brilliantly around family life and other work commitments.
You will need to be willing to take the STA Safety Award for Teachers, and ASA/Swim England Level 2 certificate or STA Swimming Award qualifications prior to joining the business and undertaking further training.

Baby and Pre-School Teacher – Manchester
Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role? Do you have a passion for both swimming and working with children? We are looking for bubbly, enthusiastic and hard working individuals to join our wonderful team here in Greater Manchester teaching our Baby and Pre-School Programme, teaching weekends at our Y Club pool in Castlefield, Manchester and our Aqua Nurture pool in Gee Cross, Hyde. You will also need to be flexible with working across our different venues.

We are here to support you with your training at every step along the way. You need to enjoy being in the water and able to swim, have a confident and friendly personality, be flexible and a team worker.
No experience necessary as you will be fully trained, but you will need to be ready to take the STA Baby and Pre-School qualification along with the STA Safety Award for Teachers before you join the business.
