  • Baby & Pre-School Teacher - Hyde and Castlefield

    Baby & Pre-School Teacher - Hyde and Castlefield

    We are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our wonderful team here in Greater Manchester teaching our 0-4 years Baby and Pre-School Programme, teaching Sunday mornings at our Y Club pool in Castlefield, Manchester and covering at our Aqua Nurture pool in Gee Cross, Hyde.

    We offer highly competitive rates of pay and excellent career progression. No previous teaching or professional swimming experience is required as full training is provided. We are here to support you with your training at every step along the way. You need to enjoy being in the water and able to swim, have a confident and friendly personality, be flexible and a team worker.

    No experience necessary as you will be fully trained, but you will need to be ready to take the STA Baby and Pre-School qualification along with the STA Safety Award for Teachers before you join the business.

  • Swim Academy Teacher - Hyde and Gorton

    Swim Academy Teacher - Hyde and Gorton

    We’re seeking someone full of enthusiasm to join our fantastic team, teaching our popular Swim Academy classes for school aged children, aged 4 – 10 years.  A passion for water, swimming and working with children is a must-have. 

    We have a part-time role available working:

    • Saturday afternoons at our Aqua Nurture pool in Hyde.  (This role will also include some midweek evening cover at Aqua Nurture in Hyde and some Sunday cover at Wright Robinson pool in Gorton, Manchester.)

    We offer highly competitive rates of pay and excellent career progression. Ideally you will already hold the STA or ASA/Swim England Level 2 in Teaching Swimming qualification, however no previous teaching or professional swimming experience is required as full training is provided to the right candidate.

  • Book Keeper/Management Accountant

    We are looking for an experienced Book Keeper/Management Accountant to join our friendly and professional team on a part-time basis (12 hours per week, ideally to include Mondays and Fridays).

    The role involves taking responsibility for all financial processes from daily reconciliations to producing monthly management accounts for 4 small businesses. We are looking for someone who can help us to streamline our processes and analyse financial data to provide key insights for decision making and planning for the future.

    Main Responsibilities

    Bookkeeping - ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciliations are kept up to date on a daily basis, accruals and pre-payments are done for the purposes of accurate monthly management accounts and forecasts

    Cash Flow Management – Monitoring cash flow and track financial performance against business plans.

    Monthly Management Accounts – Preparing monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts

    Supporting the owners with business planning and managers within the business with budget control

    Preparing information for accountants for the year end accounts

    Payroll knowledge and experience is preferred but not required
