We often say we have the best job in the world and the nominations our customers have sent in for our Star Teacher Award are absolute testament to that!
Emma, from Lincs Kids selected the winning nomination, from Kelly Field. "Heather and Jade have been incredible since we started swimming with Puddle Ducks! Bea was born with Down Syndrome and they have never treated her any differently, always having high expectations and never thinking that she wouldn't be able to do anything. Bea absolutely loves swimming and she really thrives in the pool and Jade and Heather really push and challenge her. I know that they would make any reasonable adjustments if Bea ever needed the, but right now they are not and Bea is excelling. Swimming is such an important part of Bea's physio and has helped her to meet so many milestones. We cannot thank Jade and Heather enough, Bea loves swimming and she loves them too!"
Emma chose this nomination because: "All these teachers sound fantastic and a credit to Puddle Ducks so it is very hard to pick one. In the end I went for Heather and Jade - their classes sound like wonderful teaching and support and they get every child to enjoy their individual swim journey, which is just lovely."
