We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a swimming teacher, initially in Baby & Preschool (0-4 years of age) and then also in Swim Academy (4-10 years of age).
The successful teacher will join us on Monday mornings in Swanton Morley from 9:45am - 12:15pm
- The ideal candidate should also be available to work on Sunday mornings
- Part Time, Permanent Position
- £19.00 - £21.50 per hour
- Term Time only
- All equipment is provided
- 12.07% holiday pay added to monthly pay

You should have one of the following qualifications;
- STA Level 2 Baby & Pre School
- Swim England Level 2 in Teaching Swimming to Babies & Toddlers
- Approved Lifesaving qualification
- You must be able to swim 25 metres and swim down to the deep end of a pool
If you are not currently in the possession of the required qualifications we will still consider your application.
All our teachers carry out further in house training before they start teaching for Puddle Ducks, consisting of;
- 1-2 day internal training course to be completed outside Norfolk
- Extensive online training
- Co-teaching with experienced teachers
- Training rate £12.75 per hour

Responsibilities
- Instruct and supervise swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and children ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote water safety and swimming skills.
- Monitor swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their swimming abilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the swimming area and equipment.
