Swim Academy lessons through the eyes of a parent.

Neither of my children are confident swimmers unfortunately, but I really want them to learn how to swim so they are safe around water. Here, we will tell you about our daughters first Swim Academy lessons through our eyes.

Puddle Ducks Water Safety Talks

The water talks are around 20 minutes long and are fun, engaging but also informative; we get the children up and moving and involve them in lifesaving skill activities.

Aquanatal Lessons

Aquanatal gives pregnant mothers a low intensity workout, the water will relieve them from their growing bump and the temperature of the water gives them the opportunity to workout without working up a sweat.
