Current Vacancies

  • We are recruiting new teachers to teach our Baby & Pre-School programmes for ages 0-4 year olds.

    As our business continues to thrive, we are looking for a committed individual to join our growing Baby & Pre-School team and teach on a part-time basis.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Can swim 25m and is confident diving to a depth of 2m
    • Is confident, friendly, flexible and reliable
    • Has a passion for working with children
    • Has a driving licence and access to a car
    • Is willing to commit to training over several months

    The STA Safety Award for Teachers, ASA/Swim England Level 2 certificate or STA Swimming Award qualifications are not required, but would be beneficial.  Puddle Ducks will support you and guide you through the whole training process.

    Positions are available in the Lechlade/Cirencester area - weekends

  • Puddle Ducks is one of the UK's leading national swim schools, teaching children how to swim in a fun, engaging and unique way. Puddle Ducks swimming teachers are at the heart of what we do - delivering individually tailored lessons to small groups and able to get the best out of every child.

    We're seeking an enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team of swimming instructors teaching our Swim Academy classes from 4-10 years. A passion for water, swimming and working with children is a must-have.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Is a reasonably competent swimmer
    • Has or is willing to obtain STA qualifications (fully funded)
    • Is confident, friendly, flexible and reliable
    • Able to build a great rapport with children, parents, carers and team members
    • Has a passion for working with children
    • Has a valid driving licence and use of own car
    • Clean Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) paid for and conducted by Puddle Ducks

    Positions available at our pool in Oxford/Abingdon area - weekends

  • We're looking for a Poolside Assistant to support our lovely team from September 2026

    In Brighthampton on Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings (term-time only - you will need to work half terms).


    No experience needed – just a friendly, helpful attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service!

    Your role will involve:
    ✔️ Welcoming and assisting customers
    ✔️ Supporting our teachers during swim lessons
    ✔️ Helping to keep the poolside area safe, clean, and organised
