We find ourselves, once again, in the devastating position of having to suspend our lessons whilst England goes into another national lockdown. it is a little different this time, lessons have been running since September for many customers and have proven to be COVID-secure. However, we, like other children's activities and leisure/sport activities, are not exempt from the lockdown, and so, from Thursday 5th November, lessons will be suspended until at least the 3rd December.
We talk about swimming being an essential life skill, and it is, but we have to put the health of our children, parents, carers, teachers and other people involved in delivering our wonderful lessons first; indeed, we have to play our part in safeguarding the health of the nation.
We hope to be back in the pool with you in December. In the meantime, if you have any questions relating to our lessons we have collated specific FAQs to help address any concerns you may have. For anything else, please get in touch and we will as always be happy to help.
During the first lockdown earlier this year, we produced lots of resources to keep our little swimmers in a swimming frame of mind - obviously we hope this is a much shorter hiatus but all those resources are still on our website, including swimming activities, games, quizzes, song sheets, colouring sheets and more. Please do take advantage of them and as always, we love to see what your little ones are up to via social media or email.
