About the pool
Location: In Nottingham city centre
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use during hire times
Changing rooms: One changing room for females and one changing room for males with direct access to the pool. A baby changing table is available in both changing rooms

Depth: 1.2m throughout
Max Preschool Class Ratios: 8 children/adult pairs:1 teacher
Parking: Park in the Wollaton Street Car Park behind the hotel and you will receive free parking whilst using the Crowne Plaza facilities. (Your ticket must be validated at the health club reception desk as you leave)
Other: Once you have parked your car exit to street level and enter through the hotel main entrance and proceed up the main stairs to the first floor and the entrance to the health club “Club Motivation” is on your left. Alternatively one of the lifts from the car park will take you directly into the hotel and is marked by the sign “Entrance to Crowne Plaza Hotel”. Sign in at reception and then proceed to the changing rooms downstairs and then onto poolside. You will need a pound for your locker. Unless travelling by public transport please do not bring prams and pushchairs into the hotel as there is insufficient room for them in the changing rooms and they must be left outside the changing rooms in the exercise studio which is adjacent to the changing rooms
About the teachers
Alison Lewis-Dale
Alison has been a Puddle Ducks customer since her first child was just 6 weeks old and she has introduced many parents to the joys of Puddle Ducks. After the birth of her second child, Alison decided that she wanted to become more involved with Puddle Ducks, so trained as a teacher. She is a lively teacher, who is extremely passionate about the Puddle Ducks programme.
Polly Birkbeck
Polly became a customer of Puddle Ducks when her daughter Tabitha was a few weeks old and loved the classes from the start. Polly was looking for a new career that would both fit in well with her two children and one that she would also really enjoy so took the plunge and become a teacher with Puddle Ducks. Her warm and bubbly personality means she soon puts all her Puddle Ducks and their parents at ease and Polly gets a real kick from seeing them progress in her fun filled classes
