We are a close-knit team that love to give our swimmers great memories and a fantastic time at their swimming lessons every week. No previous experience necessary, as you will go through all relevant training before you start a role with us.

Swimming Teacher Vacancies

  • Puddle Ducks are recruiting a poolside assistant for our pool on a Saturday afternoon at Grosvenor Hall in Ashford, 12:10pm-6:50pm. Team members receive free swimming lessons for their children.

    You need to be friendly, reliable and hardworking. Your role is to greet our swimmers and help them with any questions they may have.

    As part of your role, you will also assist the teacher with general help; such as setting up equipment, marking registers and more.

    This is a non-teaching role.

    The hourly rate of pay is £11.50.

    Job Type: Part-time

  • Puddle Ducks teach swimming lessons to babies and children, from birth to 10 years old.

    We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working and reliable people eager to learn how to become swimming teachers with us.

    We have teaching shifts available in Ramsgate on a Monday evening 5:30-7:30pm and Saturday afternoon 12:45-3:15pm. There may also be the possibility of teaching at other pools nearby too.

    A weekend shift and school holiday working is mandatory for all team members.

    Pay starts at £11.50 per hour whilst training, quickly rising to £18 per hour once fully trained!

    Our team is made up of amazing people, and we are looking to expand across Kent and SE London.

    Offers subject to a clear, enhanced DBS check (carried out and paid for by us).

    Full training is provided including qualifying as a Swimming Teacher with the STA.

We have teaching shifts available in the evenings in Dartford and Sunday afternoons in Orpington. A weekend shift and school holiday working is mandatory for all team members.

    Pay starts at £11.50 per hour whilst training, quickly rising to £18 per hour once fully trained!

    Our team is made up of amazing people, and we are looking to expand across Kent and SE London.

    Offers subject to a clear, enhanced DBS check (carried out and paid for by us).

    Full training is provided including qualifying as a swimming teacher with the STA.

    We have teaching shifts available in Canterbury on a Sunday from 9am-12pm, with the possibility to extend to 3:30pm soon. There may also be the possibility of teaching at other pools nearby too.

    A weekend shift and school holiday working is mandatory for all team members.

    Pay starts at £11.50 per hour whilst training, quickly rising to £18 per hour once fully trained!

    Our team is made up of amazing people, and we are looking to expand across Kent and SE London.
