Location: Springwood Heath Primary School.
The entrance to the pool is via the carpark; please drive up to the gates and press the intercom “S” to enter the carpark. Entrance to the pool is marked by the Puddle Ducks sign, please wait by the sign and the teacher will let you in to the pool area prior to your class time.
Parking: There is a car park directly outside the pool, please drive up to the gates and press the intercom “S” to enter the carpark. Entrance to the pool is via the main entrance unless you are attending the Monday 3pm and 3.30pm classes where you will enter via the fire doors marked by the Puddle Ducks sign, to minimise contact with school pools leaving during this period.

- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not potty/toilet trained. - We kindly request that all nappies are taken home with you, do not use the bins in the facility

Changing rooms:
Male & Female changing rooms with benches, please bring your own changing mat if required. The changing room is situated off the pool hall. Please leave any buggies outside in the car park before entering the pool hall. Toilets and showers are available in the changing area.
Kindly note there is no food or drink permitted on poolside or in the changing rooms.
Spectators:
Spectators are permitted at this venue, we respectfully request that there is only 1 per swimmer at this venue at the current time
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of the pool during hire times.
