Parking: 3 hours free parking in the car park - please make sure you input your car registration in the screen at the Springs reception
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks classes are in a roped off lane, gym members and hotel guests have the use of the rest of the pool.
Changing rooms: There are separate male and female changing, and a disabled/family changing room which is accessible from both.
Pool temperature: 30°C.
Poolside assistant: There is no Puddle Ducks poolside assistant.
Depth: 1.075m sloping down to 1.4m

10 children/adult pairs:1 teacher
Don't forget:
- Report to reception when you arrive
- There are locker in all changing rooms, ladies please ask at the Reception for a card to access them, in the men's you input a code of your choice.
- You will be asked to shower before entering the pool – there is a shower poolside
- Due to limited space, only one adult per swimmer is permitted poolside.
- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not potty/toilet trained. One of our great value starter packs has everything you need.
- You must not place nappies in any of the general waste bins. There is a nappy bin in the family changing area, please either put nappies in there, or take them home with you. We would recommend the NappyWrap and liner system to avoid having to take wet disposable swim nappies home.
- If your baby is younger than 12 weeks or smaller than 12lbs they will need to wear a thermal wetsuit to stop them getting chilly.
