Parking: Free on street parking is available in front of the hotel. This is a 3 hour disc zone, discs can be borrowed from the hotel reception.
Essential information:
· Please sign the Puddle Ducks register at the reception desk before going to the pool.
· The pool is located on the lower floor, please turn left at the main reception and follow the signs down the stairs and to the changing room.
· Baby wetsuits are recommended for children under the age of 1 year
· Please shower before entering the pool –showers are in the changing rooms and poolside
· A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not potty/toilet trained
· Please be aware the door to the changing rooms are heavy and extra care should be taken to avoid injury.
Changing rooms: There are male and female changing rooms with direct access to pool. Showers are available in all changing rooms. A travel cot and changing mats are provided by Puddle Ducks. Each changing room has a locker area, a £1 coin is required which is refundable
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use of the pool
Access: Seating is provided so spectators are welcome to sit poolside.

· Poolside assistant: There is no Puddle Ducks poolside assistant at this pool
· Depth: The teaching space is 1.3 meters throughout
· Maximum class ratios: 8 children/adult pairs:1 teacher (Floaties, Splashers, Kickers, Little Dippers & Dippers)
