Weekends - Swanbourne & Wendover
Our Swim Academy classes, designed to 4-10 years olds where parents/guardians are no longer in the water, focus very much on us developing children individually. We give each child time within the class to help them build their confidence and provide individual feedback to improve their technique. Our teachers are trained to observe and feedback to children on an individual basis, building strong teaching relationships with each child in the class to give them the best possible chance of success.

Applicants must have positive can-do attitudes, be reliable and have a flexible approach to working. There is comprehensive training initially (and then regular ongoing CPD etc), which is lots of fun, but also hard work! The reward of being fully qualified, knowledgeable teacher who can help develop children's confidence and swimming abilities is second to none!
Weekend hours are available in early 2026 with a view to being able to offer after school sessions as the customer demand increases. An ongoing commitment to weekend work is required.
As well as our comprehensive initial training (all training courses are paid for by us and your training hours are paid at £12.50 per hour), we offer ongoing training and support, excellent rates of pay (£25 per hour plus for weekend sessions once qualified), free lessons to your children and an extremely rewarding career.
