  • It doesn’t take years of swimming training.
  • It doesn’t take years of childcare experience or training.
  • It just takes passion, commitment and a willingness to spend several hours in a swimming pool!

And the rewards are amazing. It is no surprise that child swimming teachers are constantly smiling. Their lives are full of happy parents, happy children, giggles and smiles.

Work with us!

  • Baby & Pre-School programmes for ages 0-4 year olds.

    As our business continues to thrive, we are looking for committed individuals to join our growing Baby & Pre-School team and teach on a part-time basis.

    Eligibility:

    • A competent swimmer, able to swim 25 metres and dive to the bottom of a 3-metre-deep pool.
    • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach to working with young children and their families.
    • A valid driving licence and access to your own car are essential.
    • Access to a computer and printer for essential teaching administration.
    • Is willing to commit to training over several months.

    The STA Safety Award for Teachers, STA Baby & Preschool qualifications are not required, but would be beneficial.  Puddle Ducks will support you and guide you through the whole training process.

    CURRENT VACANCIES

    Based in central Bristol, we currently have the following hours available on a permanant, all year round basis:

    • Friday, 4.15pm–6.15pm and Saturday, 9.00am–11.00am
    • Permanent, part-time, year-round.

  • Swim Academy programmes for ages 4-10 year olds.

    • Poolside Assistant – Bristol

      Puddle Ducks Bristol and Bath is a leading baby and child swim school, and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable Poolside Assistant to join our wonderful team at a pool in central Bristol.

      We’re looking for someone who is warm, welcoming, great with children and 100% reliable. You’ll enjoy being part of a friendly team and helping to create a positive experience for our swimmers and their families.

      This is a part-time, year-round position.

      Hours available:

      • Monday: 3.55pm–6.35pm
      • Friday: 3.55pm–6.35pm
      • Saturday: 8.40am–11.20am
