A Special Partnership - Puddle Ducks & Malama Mama
We are so delighted to be partnering with Clair from Malama Mama for a very special free event for mums-to-be this June. Clair is a local mum from Shepton Mallet and an experienced Birth and Postnatal Doula whose mission is to walk alongside families on their journey into parenthood - offering support, encouragement and continuity of care so every parent feels confident, calm, informed and truly heard.

What to Expect on the Evening
Birth Preferences Workshop with Clair from Malama Mama
Pregnancy, labour and birth can feel overwhelming - and it's completely normal to feel unsure about your choices. In a relaxed and informal setting, Clair will guide you through the importance of creating birth preferences that truly reflect your individual wishes, helping you explore all of your options and feel confident in the decisions that are right for you and your baby.
Introduction to Aquanatal with Puddle Ducks
Following the 1-hour workshop, you'll take to the warm waters of The Lakeside Pool for a 30-minute introduction to Aquanatal - gentle, energising and perfectly designed to prepare mind and body for labour. Whether you've never tried Aquanatal before or you're already a convert, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience the benefits firsthand and meet other local mums-to-be along the way.
