What a fantastic achievement to celebrate.
Ten-year-old Christopher, has been swimming with Puddle Ducks since he was a teeny tiny baby, and this June he completed the Level 6 programme and graduated from Swim Academy!
Christopher first started swimming with Puddle Ducks as a newborn 'Floatie' at Cadbury House in Congresbury!
His swimming journey began with our teacher Tina for Baby & Preschool lessons and after 10 years has ended with Tina's daughter Jennifer teaching him in our Swim Academy Elite programme.
Teacher Jennifer even remembers seeing Christopher come swimming when she used to be a poolside assistant when she was 14 years-old!
At Christopher's graduation in July, Jennifer commented;
"I remember seeing him come along to Puddle Ducks classes in one of my first poolside shifts at Our Pool, around 7 years ago, and I feel so lucky to have watched him progress all the way to Level 6. My mum (the infamous Tina) also remembers having him in her classes, and we are both so proud of his achievements.
It was so sad to see him leave us after having the pleasure of teaching him for so long, however he has grown into a fantastic swimmer and a very positive, smiley person to have in class. I hope you keep on swimming Christopher, and good luck with the whatever challenge you take on next!"
