  Don't forget to let us know when you are on holiday, or if your child is unwell and unable to attend their class. This can be done via your My Puddle Ducks Account.

  Please make sure you update your account as soon as possible, (ideally the day before your scheduled class). All holidays can be booked off in advance and your courtesy class (make up lessons) can then be booked on a weekly basis via your My Puddle Ducks Account (class availability is released 7 days in advance).

  Recommend-a-Friend - you'll both get £20 credit!

  Recommending Puddle Ducks and Swim Academy lessons to your friends is now more rewarding than ever! You and your friend will both receive £20 credit when they join Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy lessons using your unique Recommend-a-Friend code.

  Your code can be found in your online My Puddle Ducks account under your My Profile tab.

  Terms & Conditions: 

  • If you are an existing customer and you introduce a new customer to Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy classes you will both be awarded a £20 credit towards future payment for classes when the new customer joins quoting your unique ‘Recommend-a-Friend’ code.
  • The credit cannot be added retrospectively.
  • Can be used with Sibling Discount, but no other Loyalty Discounts.
  • Cannot be used with an Introductory Offer or Promotional Offer.
  • No cash value.
  • Expires after 6 months.

  Sibling Discount - 10% Off!

  Our Sibling Discount is an ongoing 10% off lesson fees for second and subsequent children, available to new and existing customers. Our way of saying thank you for choosing Puddle Ducks.

  Terms & Conditions

  • 10% discount for second child and subsequent children when two or more siblings are booked into a Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy class.
  • Ask your local office to apply the discount when you book your second or subsequent child in.
  • Can be applied across territories for participating Franchises when different pools are used by different siblings.
  • Can be used with other Loyalty Discounts. (E.g., alongside a gym membership discount, however only one discount can be applied per child.
  • Can be used in conjunction with an Introductory Offer or a Promotional Offer (either/or but not both).

  Group Discount - 3 or more

  Our 10% Group Discount is available to groups of 3 or more who all join Puddle Ducks or Swim Academy together - perfect for friends who've met at a baby and toddler group.

  • 10% discount off the joining payment on groups of 3 or more only.
  • Only available for 1st booking.
  • Must be booked with your local office.
  • Children may be in different classes, but all the classes must be with the same Franchise.
