Aquanatal Lessons

Did you know you can start your Puddle Ducks journey before your baby has arrived?

We run an Aquanatal class at the Ashford International Hotel on a Wednesday evening at 6.30pm.

This session is run by the lovely Wendy, who also teaches all of our other Swim Academy and Elite Swim Academy programmes and is a very knowledgeable swimming instructor.

Why choose Aquanatal?

Aquanatal gives pregnant mothers a low intensity workout, the water will relieve them from their growing bump and the temperature of the water gives them the opportunity to workout without working up a sweat.

All mummies-to-be can become anxious at any point in their pregnancy journey; however, being in the water can help with this and will provide a positive impact on their mental health. It’s also a chance to meet other expectant mums and have that real bonding experience; you may even make a friend for life!
