🛟 Water Safety: How to Keep Your Family Safe This Summer

Whether you're at the beach, the local pool or a paddling pool in the garden, a few simple habits make an enormous difference. Learn the RLSS Water Safety Code, it's simple enough for the whole family to remember!

On average, 328 people in the UK & Ireland lose their lives to accidental drowning every year. The good news is that most of these tragedies are preventable & if we teach children water safety skills early, those skills stay with them for life.

Chloe graduates Elite and sets sights on Artistic Swimming!

Our recent Swim Academy graduate Chloe is moving on to continue her swimming adventures with City of Bristol Aquatics. What an exciting new journey! Well done Chloe and we wish you all the best!

Farewell Jennifer – you’ve been simply amazing!

Jennifer is 22 but quite unbelievably has worked for Puddle Ducks for nine years!

Monday was a sad day for us because our wonderful teacher Jennifer Byatt taught her very last Puddle Ducks lessons.

From tiny Floatie to Level 6 confidence.

Con-GRADUATION Christopher, who has completed elite Level 6 and graduated from our Swim Academy programme. 'You have grown into a fantastic swimmer, we hope you keep on swimming!'

Ten-year-old Christopher, has been swimming with Puddle Ducks since he was a teeny tiny baby, and this June he completed the Level 6 programme and graduated from Swim Academy.

Meet Rachel. 💙 This term's winner! Our North Somerset Poolside Assistant and Marketing Assistant - who hand writes every single distance award certificate and who is out in the community spreading the Puddle Ducks word!

We received 170 nominations from families across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire, and South Gloucestershire - each one a personal story of why their child's teacher makes a difference. On Sunday we surprised Emma mid-lesson - and the reaction was everything.
